CINEMATOGRAPHER

Experienced DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY

I have taken cameras to every environment on the planet, from ice climbing in the Canadian Rockies in -30deg C, scuba diving Bab-El-Mandeb Strait to the jungles of Papua New Guinea - my work spans across a whole spectrum of outdoor activities.
Most recently, I worked as a Director of Photography on a documentary series, 'Lift the Ice', feat. Diva Amon, among others. The premium scientific adventure docu-series follows six of the world's most intrepid explorers and scientific experts on a global mission to solve scientific puzzles that could radically reshape the future of humanity.
Between 2017 and 2022, I worked as the Director of Photography on an award-winning TV series, Epic Trails.
I am confident with all current broadcast formats and cameras from large format to minicams. I'm a competent climber, skier (Alpine/Nordic) and scuba diver (PADI Pro - Divemaster, TEC50 Trimix), confident in complex technical venues. My outdoor background allows me to focus on creative tasks in the most demanding conditions.
I hold two passports (UK, EU) and I'm up to date with all vaccinations (incl. COVID-19).
